Glenda is a marketing specialist with broad business experience and a technical bent, having started her career as an engineer before moving into marketing. She has worked for household brand icons Rheem and Luxaflex and consulting for companies as diverse as Advanced Composites Australia, (a Co-operative Research Centre spin-out), and Gattorna Alignment.
Glenda has over 20 years marketing and product management experience, built on technical base of product development, project management adn process engineering. As Marketing Manager at Hunter Douglas she was responsible for strategic marketing plans, product development, product management, marketing for the Retail, Wholesale, and Commercial channels, market research and customer technical support.
Her most recent work in customer and supplier research has assisted companies in Australia and around the world in the agricultural, construction and logistics industries to develop and implement successful distribution and engagement strategies with supplier and customer needs and behaviours as the foundation stone.
Glenda has a First Class Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and University Medal from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Certificate of Management (Marketing) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management
